Look of the month January

Simple Elegance

First of all, we wish you a very Happy New Year! We hope you had a great 2023 and 2024 will bring you its best.
As the first look of the month of this year, we have taken inspiration from our new collection Ensemble, that brings together an array of wide-width classics that exude simple elegance. The product featured in this look is GINSENG, a wide-width faux-silk styled in a remodeled church.
This look is all about classics meeting modern in simple elegance – timeless beauty of silk recreated with modern technics and styled in contemporary living. This magnificently spacious room was perfect to showcase our new favourite wide-width. The authentic silk-look slubs and natural and changeant effect in an array of rich, vibrant colours make Ginseng perfect to complete this spacious, modern open living.

Colour Palette:
We have chosen a deep, reddish coral of Ginseng to style this look. This vibrant colour together with the mélange of colours in the stained glass windows work as the contrasting accent to the off-white and oak tones in the room.

Ceiling to floor

Drape your curtains from ceiling to floor. Ginseng is 310 cm room-high, allowing to drape from ceiling to floor in most of the interiors. This not only adds to the perception of the height of the room but also looks elegant. This is specially recommended for smaller rooms or rooms with lower ceilings.
Kobe also offers a range of wide-width fabrics that can be turned to drape in higher rooms.

Go for colour statements in the window

Curtains make the room. It affects everything in the interior styling of the room, from the vibe to the amount of light ambience. Go for a statement colour that breathes life into the room and adds to the total look. Choose a colour that you like and resonates with the rest of your interior to create stunning window statements.

Less is more

We have chosen for a minimalistic elegance for this look. With open living spaces, it is important to keep the furniture and decorative details in balance with the space. Simple elegance can be achieved with very less if done right. Clutter and crowded space can be avoided by carefully choosing elements that have a functional, emotional or decorative value without over-doing the décor.
